Participate in a flag ceremony for your school, religious institution, chartered organization, community, or Scouting activity.

This will be done at all outings and meetings 

Second Class 8b. 

Explain what respect is due the flag of the United States.

You ­­­have to treat the flag with the same respect you would anyone in your troop, family, or anyone you know. The flag honors our country and is a symbol of our freedom.
